Why don’t some features work in Firefox?

There are a couple of known issues that prevent a few functions from working properly in Firefox. First, the main panel doesn’t expand and collapse like it does in Chrome, nor is the export/import functionality operational.

These issues will be addressed in an upcoming release. Additionally, there are known performance issues that sometimes create a sluggish user experience in Firefox. This issue will be resolved when Mozilla releases the next version Firefox (version 49), which will support its new multi-process capability, and thus improving the performance of Ghostery.
